An Act To Amend Title 24 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Private Investigators And Private Security Agencies. [HB-213]
This bill changes the requirements for security guards, private investigator licenses by (a) making the qualifications uniform for both occupations; (b) providing that a license may still be issued for persons convicted of 2 or less of certain misdemeanors, so long as the misdemeanors are more than 7 years old; and (c) disqualifying juveniles adjudicated delinquent of a felony level offense unless they are at least 21 years old. The bill also provides for uniformity across all the licensees in Chapter 13 of Title 24.

An Act To Amend Title 16 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Selling Or Possessing Fireworks; Exceptions. [HB-218]
This bill allows ground-based and hand-held sparklers and certain other nonexplosive, nonairborne novelty items regulated by the federal government to be sold and used in the State. The bill does not legalize firecrackers, bottle rockets, aerials, or any other device that explodes or shoots into the air. The use of those items that may be sold only to persons 18 years of age and older is limited to July 4th and December 31st of each year and sales are limited to the 30 days prior to the allowable use day. An Act To Amend Title 25 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Landlord Tenant Code. [HB-24]
Under this section of the Landlord Tenant Code, there is an exemption that is created for vacation rentals along some of Delaware’s beaches that permits homeowners to rent their homes for a period of 120 days or less without being subject to the restrictions created in the Landlord Tenant Code. This change will add the Cedar Creek Hundred to the list of locations that may qualify for this exemption, thereby including rentals in Slaughter Beach.

This Act adds violations of a county or municipal code to the list of offenses that are eligible for probation before judgment.
