An Act To Amend Title 21 And Title 30 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Recreational Vehicles. [SB-22]
This bill establishes requirements and definitions for recreational vehicle manufacturer-dealer agreements. It also removes the exception to the $100 license fee for out-of-state recreational vehicle dealers at shows or exhibitions at enclosed malls. Finally, it updates the current Sale of Motor Vehicles laws to incorporate a new Recreational Vehicle Franchise law. Author: Senator Ennis

An Act To Amend Title 29 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Lotteries. [SB-220]
This Bill implements the recommendations of the Lottery & Gaming Study Commission created by the 147th General Assembly. Effective July 1, 2014, certain video lottery equipment costs will be deducted prior to calculation of the State’s share of revenue. Effective July 1, 2015, the State’s share of gross table game revenues is revised to 15% and the table game license fee is eliminated beginning with the fee for fiscal year 2016. An Act To Amend Title 16 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Volunteer Firemen’s Pension Plan. [SB-240]
This bill clarifies that a participating volunteer fire company or ladies auxiliary in the Delaware Volunteer Firemen’s Pension Plan has the ability to withdraw from the plan. As part of that withdrawal process the company or auxiliary would pay a withdrawal liability payment that would be used to pay the retirement benefits of their member’s accrued benefits and ensure the actuarial soundness of the Fund for the remaining Employers.

An Act To Amend Titles 10, 11, 13, 16, 21, 23, And 29 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Office Of The Chief Medical Examiner And The Division Of Forensic Science. [SB-241]
This Act reorganizes the provision of many forensic sciences into a new Division of Forensic Science organized within the Department of Safety and Homeland Security. The proposed new Division of Forensic Science would consist of the operations previously organized in the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner within the Department of Health and Social Services. Section 1 of the Act reorganizes the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner as the Division of Forensic Science. An Act To Amend Titles 7, 11, And 23 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Environmental Violations. [SB-258]
This legislation declassifies a number of minor violations associated with wildlife, hunting, fishing and boating by changing them from Class C and Class D environmental misdemeanors to environmental violations. These environmental violations will not be reported on criminal history records kept by The Delaware Criminal Justice Information System (DELJIS); however DNREC is authorized to retain records on environmental violations to ensure that second offenses and higher penalties are pursued when appropriate. An Act To Amend Title 11 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Possession Of Firearms During The Commission Of A Felony. [SB-40]

An Act To Amend Title 29 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Lobbyists. [SB-49]
