Creating A Task Force To Implement And Review A Pilot Program Allowing Vehicle Inspections To Be Performed By Delaware New Franchise Automobile And Truck Dealerships. [HJR-8]
This Joint Resolution creates a Task Force and pilot program to determine the feasibility of allowing State-approved vehicle safety inspections to be performed by Delaware automobile and truck dealerships (New Franchise). This Act will not result in any loss of revenue by the State; any and all inspection fees that are collected by the New Franchise dealers shall be collected on behalf of the State and paid over thereto.
