An Act To Amend Title 11 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Home Improvement Fraud [HB-103]
The Act amends Section 916 of Title 11 of the Code so that the statutory penalties for the crime of home improvement fraud increase as the amount of the loss to the victim increases, using the same scale applicable to Theft under Section 841 of Title 11 and New Home Construction Fraud under Section 917 of Title 11. An Act To Amend Title 29 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Licenses And Permits Issued To Service Members And Their Spouses By Boards And Commissions Administered By The Division Of Professional Regulation. [HB-112]
This Act allows professional licensing boards and commissions administered by the Division of Professional Regulation to recognize military education, training, and experience of all current and former military personnel when reviewing credentials and issuing licenses. This is a change from the current law, which only allows such boards and commissions to do so for active duty military, members of the National Guard, or military reserves assigned to a duty station in Delaware. An Act To Amend Title 18 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Insurance Coverage Of Certain Cancer Treatments. [HB-120]
This Act requires health insurance policies to cover any medically appropriate drug approved by the FDA for the treatment of stage 4 metastatic cancer without requiring a patient to first prove that the patient failed to respond to a different drug or drugs. This Act is based on a similar bill in Georgia that was inspired by President Jimmy Carters recent battle with cancer.

An Act To Amend Title 21 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Ignition Interlock Device. [HB-132]
This bill corrects the duration of revocation to match § 4177C(d)(2) and will make it possible for all applicants who are required to participate in the Ignition Interlock Device program to be eligible to submit an application for an indigent plan. This bill also changes the required offender reporting to IID service providers to a monthly basis allowing for early intervention of repeat violators.
