This Act establishes the Delaware Transparency and Responsibility Using State Tools (TRUST) Initiative. It codifies the current policies and practices of several law enforcement agencies in Delaware. Its intent is to enhance trust between immigrants and Delaware's law enforcement agencies; encourage immigrants to report crimes and otherwise contribute to public safety in Delaware; and facilitate immigrants applying for Delaware's driving privilege card.

An Act To Amend Title 24 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Board Of Architects. [SB-81]
Section 1 of this bill updates the Delaware Code relating to the Delaware Board of Architects regarding the required practical training in architectural work that each new applicant must acquire prior to being qualified for licensure. The proposed change eliminates confusing language relating to whether the National Council of Architecture Regulatory Boards Intern Development Program is required and authorizes the Board to determine what type of training should be completed and the length thereof in order to be eligible for licensure in Delaware.

An Act To Amend Title 16 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Medical Marijuana. [SB-90]
This Act adds intractable epilepsy to the list of debilitating medical conditions for which a physician may supply a written certification for medical marijuana. It also specifically adds disorders such as dystonia which are characterized by involuntary muscle contractions that cause slow, repetitive movements or abnormal postures.
