This Act increases the threshold amounts for public works projects subject to the prevailing wage. Specifically, this Act increases the threshold for projects for new construction to $500,000 and for projects for alteration, repair, renovation, rehabilitation, demolition, or reconstruction to $250,000. The existing threshold amounts have not been increased since they were established by 69 Del. Laws, c. 295 in 1994.

This Bill expands Delaware’s Public Assistance Code to provide preventative and urgent dental care to all eligible Medicaid recipients.
