An Act To Amend Title 15 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Candidate Committees. [SB-207]
This Act limits the life of a candidate committee to 6 months after the death of the candidate for which it was formed. Some candidate committees have been distributing funds for years after the death of the candidate. This Act shall not apply to any candidate committee whose candidate has died prior to this Act’s enactment into law.

An Act To Amend Title 30 Of The Delaware Code Providing For An Extension Of The Historic Preservation Tax Credit Act. [SB-209]
This Act provides for a 10-year extension to the Historic Preservation Tax Credit Act which is scheduled to expire in June 2010. Seventy-five (75) historic buildings throughout the State have been rehabilitated and preserved for future generations as a result of this program. Since its inception in 2001, the State has awarded $34 million in tax credits that have leveraged more than $166 million in private-sector rehabilitation expenditures plus additional tens of millions in site acquisition investments. An Act To Amend Title 11 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Crimes Against Children And Specific Offenses. [SB-229]
This Act implements one of the recommendations made in the Final Report of the Independent Review of the Earl Brian Bradley Case which was commissioned by the Governor and was issued on May 10, 2010. The Act clarifies who is in a “position of trust, authority or supervision over a child” and may therefore be subject to the enhanced penalties associated with the crimes defining sexual abuse of children. This Act also consolidates those provisions of the present criminal code concerning rape and unlawful sexual conduct that contain “position of trust”

An Act To Allow Additional Short Term Disability Benefits To Certain State Employees. [SB-248]
