This bill allows an owner to have their motor vehicle title issued in transfer-on-death form by including in the certificate of title a designation of a beneficiary or beneficiaries so that, upon the owner’s death, the motor vehicle will be a non-probate asset that will pass to the beneficiary or beneficiaries named in the title.

An Act To Amend Title 11 Relating To The Registration Of Sex Offenders. [HB-295]
This Act fills a gap regarding the definition of “residence” in Delaware’s Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (“SORNA”) that was recently identified by the decision of the Delaware Supreme Court in Andrews v. State. 34 A.3d 1061, 1064 (Del. 2011). Unlike many other jurisdictions, Delaware’s SORNA does not specifically define what would be considered a “residence” that must be registered. An Act To Amend Title 16 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Synthetic Cannabinoids. [HB-30]
This bill adds synthetic cannabinoids, commonly known as “Spice,” “K2,” “Genie,” “Yucatan Fire,” “Sence,” “Smoke,” “Skunk,” and “Zohai,” to Schedule I controlled substances.
