An Act To Amend Title 11 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Violation Of Privacy. [HB-260]
This bill adds to the existing crime of Violation of Privacy additional prohibited conduct related to the non-consensual dissemination of visual depictions containing nudity or sexual acts, conduct popularly referred to as “revenge porn”. “Revenge porn” typically refers to the situation where visual depictions are consensually given to an intimate partner who, after the end of the relationship, later disseminates them without the consent of the person depicted. An Act To Amend Title 14 Of The Delaware Code Relating To School Nurses. [HB-263]
This bill is an attempt to ensure that every public school in the State of Delaware has a nurse. This bill provides a mechanism to allow public schools that currently do not have a school nurse to receive state funds. The bill also allows for a match tax to assist those school districts that acquire a nurse as a result of this bill to pay for the local share of that nurse.

An Act To Amend Title 21 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Motor Vehicle Dealers. [HB-266]
New motor vehicle dealers have been performing safety and VIN verifications on vehicles 5 model years old or newer since 2011. This legislation would allow any licensed dealer approved by the department to perform VIN verifications. This authorization does not relate to emissions inspections, which are not currently required for models 5 years old or newer. Emissions testing is done by the State of Delaware. This bill creates a commercial real estate Broker’s Lien and is patterned after similar legislation enacted in several other states. An Act To Amend Title 19 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Whistleblowers' Protection Act. [HB-300]

An Act To Amend Title 29 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Establishment Of Late Filing Fees For Financial Reports For Lobbyist's. [HB-306]
This bill establishes a fee for lobbyists who fail to file their quarterly expense reports in a timely manner. An Act To Amend Titles 9, 11, And 16 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Animals. [HB-311]
During hearings of the Animal Welfare Task Force, established by Senate Concurrent Resolution 44 in the 146th General Assembly, members of the public expressed serious concern about the lack in standardized training and certification of Animal Control Officers (ACOs) and Animal Cruelty Agents (ACAs). An Act To Amend Titles 16 And 24 Of The Delaware Code Relating Of Midwifery. [HB-319]
As existing law has failed to make licensed midwifery services available to Delaware mothers who do not belong to very specific religious sects, a public process was followed in 2013-2014 to identify a better system, incorporating both Delaware systems, and other states' best practices for midwifery licensure.
