This bill adds to the existing crime of Violation of Privacy additional prohibited conduct related to the non-consensual dissemination of visual depictions containing nudity or sexual acts, conduct popularly referred to as “revenge porn”. “Revenge porn” typically refers to the situation where visual depictions are consensually given to an intimate partner who, after the end of the relationship, later disseminates them without the consent of the person depicted. An Act To Amend Title 14 Of The Delaware Code Relating To School Nurses. [HB-263]
This bill is an attempt to ensure that every public school in the State of Delaware has a nurse. This bill provides a mechanism to allow public schools that currently do not have a school nurse to receive state funds. The bill also allows for a match tax to assist those school districts that acquire a nurse as a result of this bill to pay for the local share of that nurse.

An Act To Amend Title 21 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Motor Vehicle Dealers. [HB-266]
New motor vehicle dealers have been performing safety and VIN verifications on vehicles 5 model years old or newer since 2011. This legislation would allow any licensed dealer approved by the department to perform VIN verifications. This authorization does not relate to emissions inspections, which are not currently required for models 5 years old or newer. Emissions testing is done by the State of Delaware. This Act would allow, by a reduction in volume, increased customer service and provide shorter wait times for others at designated inspection
