An Act To Amend Title 15 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Early Voting. [HB-90]
This bill establishes in-person early voting for the State of Delaware. Registered voters will be allowed to vote in-person for at least 10 days prior to an election, up to and including the Saturday and Sunday immediately prior to the election at locations determined by the Commissioner. The Commissioner is also charged with determining whether such voting should occur by voting machine or paper ballot. An Act To Amend Title 29 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Financial Disclosure. [HB-92]
This bill provides that every member of the General Assembly or person elected to state office shall disclose as part of their financial disclosure if they have received more than $10,000 in the last 10 years due to the sale of land, development rights, an agricultural conservation easement, a forest preservation easement or any other type of easement to the State of Delaware, any county, any municipality, any public instrumentality, or any government agency or organization.

An Act To Amend Title 7 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Ivory And Rhinoceros Horn. [HB-95]
This Act prohibits a person from purchasing, selling, offering for sale, possessing with intent to sell, or importing with intent to sell ivory or rhinoceros horn, except as specified. A violation of this Act or any rule, regulation, or order adopted under this Act is a misdemeanor subject to fines, imprisonment, or both, as specified in this Act. An Act To Amend Titles 19 And 29 Of The Delaware Code And Chapter 298, Volume 80 Of The Laws Of Delaware Relating To Collective Bargaining For State Employees. [HB-96]
This bill makes compensation a mandatory subject of bargaining for any group of employees who have joined together for purposes of collective bargaining and certified a labor organization to serve as their exclusive collective bargaining representative. An Act To Amend Titles 14 And 29 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Administration Of School Property Tax Credits. [HB-99]
This bill would require that a resident 65 years of age or older claiming a tax credit against school taxes must be a resident of the state for at least 10 years before qualifying for such credit. The current requirement is only for 3-year residency. This bill makes a conforming change in the Code provision governing reimbursements from the General Fund. It also eliminates language related to 2001 taxes, which is no longer relevant. This change will be effective for tax and fiscal years after January 1, 2017. Creating The Adult Use Cannabis Task Force. [HCR-52]
