An Act To Amend Title 29 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Payment Of Premium Or Subscription Charges By Eligible Pensioners. [HB-375]
This Act implements a recommendation from the December 31, 2023, Report of the Retiree Healthcare Benefits Advisory Subcommittee. Under this Act, the amount of the premium for a health-care insurance plan that this State will pay on behalf of eligible pensioners who were first employed as a regular officer or employee on or after January 1, 2025, and who are not subject to mandatory retirement, is changed as follows:

An Act To Amend Title 12 And Title 16 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Health-care Decisions. [SB-309]
This Act adopts the Uniform Health-Care Decisions Act of 2023 (UHCDA 2023) to supersede the Uniform Health-Care Decisions Act of 1993, which Delaware enacted in 1996. The UHCDA 2023 was authored by the Uniform Law Commission (ULC) and was developed in a multiyear collaborative and non-partisan process to modernize and expand on the 1993 version of the act.

An Act To Amend Title 14 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Salary Schedules For Early Childhood Personnel. [SB-294]
This Act removes assigned salary schedules established for child care licensing specialists and child care licensing supervisors, who are employed through the Department of Education. By removing this language, the Department of Education will be able to provide equitable compensation to early childhood personnel within the Office of Child Care Licensing. Attracting and retaining employees is critical to ensure the States child care licensing system is sufficiently staffed. An Act To Amend Title 6 And Title 31 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Individuals Who Are Experiencing Homelessness. [HB-415]
This Act ensures that all individuals, regardless of housing status, have equal opportunity to live in decent, safe, sanitary, and healthful accommodations and enjoy equality of opportunities.
