An Act To Amend Title 19 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Whistleblowers' Protection Act. [HB-300]
This bill ensures that retaliation against an employee by an employer for refusing to engage in an offense under Chapter 80, Title 15 of the Delaware Code or reporting or participating in an investigation, hearing, trial or inquiry of an offense of Chapter 80, Title 15 of the Delaware Code shall not occur.

An Act To Amend Title 29 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Mandatory Disclosure Of Lobbyist Compensation, Establishment Of Lobbyist Registration Fees, And Cancellation Of Lobbyist Registration For Failure To Pay Registration Fees. [HB-305]
Section 1 of this bill requires lobbyists to disclose if they receive any compensation for their services. Additionally, Section 1 further requires that lobbyists who are compensated to pay a registration fee, which shall be determined by the Public Integrity Commission to defray the Commission’s costs related to administering and maintaining lobbyist’s registration and reporting requirements. An Act To Amend Titles 9, 11, And 16 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Animals. [HB-311]
During hearings of the Animal Welfare Task Force, established by Senate Concurrent Resolution 44 in the 146th General Assembly, members of the public expressed serious concern about the lack in standardized training and certification of Animal Control Officers (ACOs) and Animal Cruelty Agents (ACAs).
