An Act To Amend Title 11 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Misconduct By Public Officials. [SB-67]
This Act updates the crime of official misconduct to ensure appropriate accountability of public servants who abuse their positions of power and public trust. The statute establishes a grade in the penalty for the official misconduct to be commensurate to the gravity of the misconduct. In addition, this statute conforms the discrimination language to the language used in the Hate Crimes statute. It also makes technical corrections to conform existing law to the standards of the Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual.

Delawares capital and surplus requirements for insurers have been in place for over fifty years and are currently among the lowest in the country. An Act To Amend Title 16 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Medical Marijuana. [HB-285]
This Act amends the Delaware Medical Marijuana Act by removing the requirement that a patient have a debilitating medical condition to qualify for a registry identification card, instead allowing health-care providers to make the determination of whether a patient has a diagnosed medical condition for which the patient would receive therapeutic or palliative benefit from the use of medical marijuana. An Act To Amend Titles 11 And 24 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Ammunition. [HB-270]
This Act creates a civil penalty for any sale or display of ammunition that allows the ammunition to be accessible to a purchaser or transferee without the assistance of the vendor or an employee of the vendor.
