This Senate Concurrent Resolution seeks to preserve the history of the famed World War II Black aviation units making up the Tuskegee Airmen. It also honors the Airmen as a group and names 13 Delawareans who have been identified thus far as having been members of the component units making up the Tuskegee Airmen.

This Act serves to clean up certain sections of the Boards Practice Act. Required statutory language omitted due to oversight have been added, such as standards for reciprocity, issuance and renewal of licenses, and hearing procedures. The requirements for a public Board member have been clarified. Finally, inapplicable terms, such as master elevator mechanic, have been removed.

An Act To Amend Title 11 And Title 16 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Dogs. [SB-269]
This Act simplifies and in some cases increases the civil penalties for violations of laws related to dogs that run at large, dogs that bite a human being or domestic animal while running at large, and dogs that are designated as dangerous or potentially dangerous. It also expands the requirements for keeping or maintaining a dangerous or potentially dangerous dog to include provisions related to licensing, vaccination, microchipping, and leashing.
