An Act To Amend Title 29 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Powers, Duties, And Functions Of The Secretary Of The Department Of Health And Social Services. [HB-159]
This bill requires the Department of Health and Social Services to adopt regulations that require at least one hour of training annually for certified, licensed, or registered healthcare providers, as well as for healthcare providers who are partially or fully funded by the State, who provide services to persons diagnosed as having Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia, or with mental illness.

An Act To Amend Title 21 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Drivers' Licenses And Identification Cards. [HB-160]
The Division of Motor Vehicles has seen a large increase in individuals producing fraudulent Delaware drivers’ licenses, identification cards and documents. These fraudulent drivers’ licenses and identification cards can be used to assume another individual’s identity. This bill updates the current law and makes it illegal for applicant to present fraudulent documents. This bill increases the minimum fine for the first offense of Graffiti from “$500” to “$1000” and increases the hours of community service from “200” to “250”.
