An Act To Amend Title 13 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Domestic Violence [HB-146]
This bill allows, but does not require, the Domestic Violence Fatal Incident Review Team (FIRT) to review near deaths resulting from domestic violence. This bill does not otherwise modify the existing procedures for FIRT reviews and investigations of deaths resulting from domestic violence.

An Act To Amend Title 29 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Forfeiture Of State Employee Benefits Upon Conviction. [HB-158]
This bill provides that a State employee must forfeit all State-provided benefits if the employee is convicted of an employment-related law and his or her employment with the State is terminated. The bill applies only to employees hired after the enactment of this bill.

An Act To Amend Title 16 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Drug Offenses. [HB-168]
This Bill repeals mandatory minimum sentences in Title 16 relating to violations of our drug laws, returning to our State’s outstanding judiciary the discretion to pronounce sentences appropriate to the cases and individuals before them. Delaware’s sentencing guidelines and Truth-in-Sentencing Law will remain in force, helping to guide judges in their decisions and ensuring offenders’ completion of their sentences.
