An Act To Amend Title 26 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Public Utilities. [HB-127]
This bill updates Title 26 relating to the requirements for obtaining a certificate to operate in Delaware as a new electric transmission utility. This bill uses language similar to certificate requirements for water, wastewater, and other utility services under the jurisdiction of the Public Service Commission (Commission). Due to recent changes in federal law, certain projects will now be available to entities both in and out of state. In order to perform this type of work in Delaware, a company will need to obtain a certificate from the Commission. (continued...)

An Act To Amend Title 11, Part Iii Of The Delaware Code Relating To Fair Notice. [HB-128]
This Act creates a Chapter 60 in Title 11 relating to providing individuals Fair Notice. Specifically, the Act requires individuals considering a plea of guilty in a criminal court of law be provided information related to the collateral consequences of a conviction. In addition, the Act requires additional notice be provided to a person convicted of a crime at the time of sentencing and upon release.

An Act To Amend Title 17 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Acquisition Of Real Property. [HB-144]
This bill serves to better define and limit what real property rights the Department of Transportation may acquire. It also corrects a technical error that if left unchanged, will jeopardize the use of federal funds on transportation projects due to non-conformance with the National Environmental Policy Act and federal highway regulations.

An Act To Amend Title 21 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Drivers License And Vehicle Registration. [HB-146]
This bill will remove the requirement for signatures to be in pen and ink when provided for driver license, identification card, or registration application processes. An Act To Amend Title 6 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Investor Protection Unit And The Protection Of Vulnerable Adults. [HB-162]
This bill mandates reporting to the Director of Investor Protection by a broker-dealer or investment adviser that has a reasonable belief that financial exploitation of an eligible adult has occurred or been attempted. It also enables broker-dealers and investment advisers to delay disbursement from an account of an eligible adult where financial exploitation is suspected.

An Act To Amend Title 11 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Human Trafficking. [HB-164]
This bill dissolves the Human Trafficking Coordinating Council and reestablishes it as the Human Trafficking Interagency Coordinating Council. An Act To Amend Title 11 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Possession Of A Weapon In A Safe School And Recreation Zone. [HB-176]
