An Act To Amend Title 15 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Elections. [HB-245]
This act updates obsolete language and procedures, revises procedures to make the conduct of elections more effective and efficient, and removes conflicting provisions. The act includes several substantive changes. It would permit registered voters who have moved and not updated their addresses to vote at either their new or old election districts after updating their record. An Act To Amend Title 24 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Professions And Occupations. [HB-249]
This bill would require a pharmacy to provide to a person who requests their pharmacy records to be provided such records. In addition, the bill requires the pharmacy to follow the pharmacy’s standard protocol, when producing the records, to ensure confidentiality of the records.

An Act Requiring Colonial School District To Return A Teacher Within The District To The Same Teaching Position Held Prior To Such Teacher’s Leave Under The Family And Medical Leave Act. [HB-275]
This Act makes clear that any full-time or part-time teacher in the Colonial School District who has satisfied all requirements to entitle the teacher to take leave under The Family and Medical Leave Act shall be returned to the same exact teaching position that the teacher held before taking such leave. In addition, the Act shall have no effect on and in no way alters the current levels of tenure and/or seniority among teachers in the Colonial School District.

An Act To Amend Title 11 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Sexual Relations In A Detention Facility. [HB-284]
In the spirit of the federal Prison Rape Elimination Act, this bill addresses and eliminates an unintended chilling effect on the reporting of sexual assaults and other sexual offenses which may occur at the State’s detention facilities. The current statute criminalizes conduct for both the victim and perpetrator, likely causing such crimes to be underreported out of fear of criminal prosecution. This bill authorizes the introduction and operation of table games by the Delaware Lottery at licensed video lottery agents. Like the video lottery, the table games would be offered on the premises of Delaware's video lottery agents. The Delaware Lottery would determine which table games would be played and establish regulations for the effective management of the games.
