An Act To Amend Title 19 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Workplace Fraud Act. [HB-221]
This Act makes a number of technical corrections to the Workplace Fraud Act passed by the 145th General Assembly. It makes the Act applicable to all employees, except those in domestic, agriculture, fishing, and hunting. It requires employers not to subcontract work to entities known to violate this Act. Finally, it expands and details the appeal process for violation of the Act.

An Act To Amend Title 14 Of The Delaware Code Relating To School Attendance. [HB-244]
This Act increases the age requirement for compulsory school attendance in Delaware from 16 to 18 years of age. The age increase is phased in over a two-year period; accordingly, there is a one-year interim period where the compulsory school attendance age requirement will be 17 years old. The Act further provides that a child may be exempt from the age requirement for compulsory school attendance if the child has graduated from high school or if the child is at least 16 years old and is necessarily and lawfully employed. This bill serves to remove the two-year sunset provision from the amendment of Title 10, Section 1007 of the Delaware Code, signed into law on July 12, 2010.
