An Act To Amend Title 29 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Freedom Of Information Act. [HB-1]
This bill allows the public to have access to meetings of the Delaware General Assembly except for caucuses. Additionally, the bill allows the public to have access to records of the Delaware General Assembly. The current exceptions that apply to public bodies and public records would apply to meetings and records of the Delaware General Assembly.

An Act To Amend Title 29 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Public Officers' And Employees' Health Care Insurance, State Employees' Pension Plan, And Other State Employee Benefits. [HB-10]
This Bill will make the same-sex partner of a State of Delaware regular officer, employee or eligible pensioner entitled to the same benefits that are provided to spouses of state employees and pensioners. Employees of Labor Unions and Delaware Authorities and Commissions covered under the sections of the Code are also included.

An Act To Amend Title 29 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Lottery. [HB-100]
This bill requires the Lottery Director to use his or her authority to reestablish a sports lottery, which will enhance the Delaware Lottery, protect Delaware employment, help Delaware and its lottery meet new competition, and provide additional revenues for the State. The bill is intended to provide a significant additional source of revenue to the State. The sports lottery excludes collegiate sporting events that involve a Delaware college or university. An Act To Amend Titles 14 And 15 Of The Delaware Code Relating To School Boards And School Board Elections. [HB-117]
This bill will save the State of Delaware money by having school board elections on the date of the general election and it will increase the voter turnout for school board elections. Currently, school board elections are held on the second Tuesday of May and can occur in any year. An Act To Amend Title 14 Of The Delaware Code With Respect To Public Education. [HB-119]
This Bill takes several steps targeted at allowing local schools and districts to make better decisions at the local level to educate students. Its provisions include: (a) Permitting local districts substantially more discretion with respect to expenditure of state education funds than they have under existing law. This bill is the Construction Industry Independent Contractor Act. Employers in the construction industry who improperly classify construction employees as independent contractors deprive these employees of proper Social Security benefits and other benefits, while reducing the employers’ State and federal tax withholdings and related obligations. An Act To Amend Title 24 Of The Delaware Code Related To The Issuance Of A Limited License For A Director Or Chairperson Of A Dental Or Oral And Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program. [HB-135]
This legislation would permit the Board to grant a limited license to a Director or Chairperson of a hospital dental or oral and maxillofacial surgery department and its associated residency programs, who would be permitted to train and teach future practitioners in dentistry or oral and maxillofacial surgery.
