An Act Proposing An Amendment To Article V Of The Delaware Constitution Relating To Voting. [HB-73]
This Act is a first leg of a constitutional amendment that would eliminate from the Delaware Constitution the limitations as to when an individual may vote by absentee ballot. This amendment to the Delaware Constitution provides that the General Assembly shall enact general laws providing the circumstances, rules, and procedures for absentee voting.

An Act To Amend Title 30 Of The Delaware Code Relating To College Savings And Able Savings Accounts. [HB-259]
This bill would allow Delaware residents two new deductions from personal income tax. The first is a deduction from taxable income of up to $2,500 for contributions to a 529 College Savings Plan. The second is a deduction from taxable income of up to $5,000 for contributions to a 529A Savings Account a special account for meeting the needs of certain individuals with disabilities. Extending The Division Of Developmental Disabilities Services Task Force. [SCR-67]
The Division of Developmental Disabilities Services Task Force was established under Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 62 of the 150th General Assembly. The Task Force has met regularly since August 2019, but needs additional time to complete its work. An Act To Amend The Delaware Code Relating To Clean Water For Delaware. [HB-200]
Many of the States waters do not meet water quality standards to support their designated uses, such as for drinking, swimming or supporting aquatic life. The Clean Water for Delaware Act establishes a framework for assessing needs and planning and implementing projects that support Delawares efforts to improve the quality of the States water supply and waterways. A Delaware Clean Water Trust account is created as a funding source for executing projects highlighted by this framework.

An Act To Amend Title 29 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The State Department Of Justice. [SB-96]
In January of 2015, the Office of Civil Rights & Public Trust was created by the Attorney General to establish a centralized office within the Department of Justice for the investigation of matters concerning civil rights enforcement and the prosecution of matters concerning violations of the public trust. This office must remain an independent entity within the Department of Justice to avoid conflicts with other Department of Justice duties and thus effectively enforce laws protecting the public trust and civil rights.

An Act To Amend Title 18 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Health Insurance. [HB-286]
This bill requires that inadvertent out-of-network services be included in individual and group health insurance policies as well as group and blank health insurance policies.
