An Act To Amend Title 16 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Uniform Controlled Substances Act. [SB-331]
This Act revises §§ 4732 and 4733 of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, Subchapter III, Chapter 47, Title 16 of the Delaware Code, pertaining to the regulation of the manufacture, distribution and dispensing of controlled substances. The revisions provide that out-of-state practitioners who wish to prescribe controlled substances in Delaware pursuant to a practice privilege, interstate compact license, telehealth registration, or military registration, must obtain a Delaware controlled substance registration. An Act To Amend Title 7 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Use And Regulation Of Live Bait In Tidal And Nontidal Waters Of The State. [HB-431]
A major environmental concern is the spread of pathogens and invasive species across water bodies. The use of live bait in both non-tidal and tidal waters can inadvertently result in the transfer of invasive species and pathogens to new waters. Freshwater ecosystems are particularly susceptible to invasive species spreading disease and destroying Delawares native species and freshwater habitats.

An Act To Amend Title 11 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Death Penalty. [HB-70]
This Act eliminates the death penalty in Delaware. As such, the penalty for a person who is convicted of first-degree murder for an offense that was committed after the persons 18th birthday is imprisonment for the remainder of the persons natural life without benefit of probation or parole or any other reduction.
