This Senate Concurrent Resolution seeks to preserve the history of the famed World War II Black aviation units making up the Tuskegee Airmen. An Act To Amend Title 6 And Title 29 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Delaware Libraries. [HB-299]
This Act is the Delaware Libraries for All Act. It explicitly adds public libraries to the definition of place of public accommodation for purposes of Delawares Equal Accommodations Law. It also directs the Delaware Library Consortium to develop and adopt common policies concerning collection, development, and other topics in order to ensure equitable access and the right to read for all Delawareans.

An Act To Amend Title 18 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Cancer Coverage. [HB-364]
This Act requires that individual, blanket, and group health insurance carriers cover drug treatment for the associated conditions of metastatic cancer in the same way treatment for metastatic cancer is covered. Specifically, it requires insurance companies to cover any FDA approved drug prescribed to treat the side effects of metastatic cancer treatment and prohibits insurance companies from mandating that patients first fail to respond to a different drug or prove a history of failure of such drug. An Act To Amend Title 11 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Civil Procedures To Relinquish Firearms Or Ammunition. [HB-380]
This Act makes technical changes for clarity by adding a definition of mental condition to the Code section that deals with relinquishment of firearms for persons who may be a danger to self or others (also known as a red flag law).
