An Act To Amend Titles 9 And 22 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Comprehensive Planning. [SB-237]
This Act amends the provisions in Title 9 of the Delaware Code relating to the county comprehensive plans for Sussex, Kent, and New Castle Counties, and Title 22 of the Delaware Code relating to municipal comprehensive plans for municipalities with populations greater than 2,000, to require that their comprehensive plans increase community resiliency and address the impacts of climate change.

This Act requires the Division of Medicaid and Medical Assistance (Division) to produce a report by March 31, 2025, that documents home care services as measured using the most common billing codes for the home care industry. The Act identifies the specific billing codes which are defined as qualified home care codes.

An Act To Amend Title 21 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Veterans' Treatment Court. [HB-349]
This bill codifies that the Superior Court Veterans Treatment Court is a qualified rehabilitation program under § 4177D of Title 21 of the Delaware Code for persons seeking to have their driver's licenses reinstated after a DUI. This Act makes technical corrections to conform existing law to the standards of the Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual.
