This Bill implements recommendations made by the Joint Sunset Committee following its review of the Board of Charitable Gaming. The Bill: 1) Combines into one chapter the three chapters for bingo, charitable gaming, raffles and Texas Hold’em Poker which currently govern the Board of Charitable Gaming. This bill is the result of recommendations made by the Joint Sunset Committee. The bill expands the powers of the Board of Massage and Bodywork to include adoption of rules pertaining to advertising and unprofessional conduct by licensees and the adoption of a Client Disclosure Form, to be used by certified massage technicians.
