An Act To Amend Title 10 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Residency Requirements For Justice Of The Peace Court Constables. [SB-285]
This bill eliminates the requirement that Justice of the Peace Court constables reside within the State of Delaware. The residency requirement was established when Constables were independent officers, and had their own bonding requirements and penalties for failure to do the business of the Court. Constables are now employees of the Justice of the Peace Court and the residency requirement is no longer needed. An Act To Amend Title 29 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Auditor Of Accounts. [SB-287]
This Act clarifies the Auditor of Accounts duties and powers by amending § 2901 of Title 29 to define audit to include performance audits, and by amending §§ 2906 and 2909 of Title 29 to change "postaudit" to "audit." This Act also clarifies that audits must be conducted using standards issued by the U.S. Government Accountability Office.

An Act To Amend Titles 18 And 29 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Health Insurance, And Title 31 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Pharmacist Care. [SB-272]
Pharmacists in Delaware provide some of the same medical services as physicians, advance practice registered nurses, and physician assistants, including immunizations. The General Assembly has recently added to the services that pharmacists may provide, including prescribing birth control, testing and treating for a variety of conditions, and prescribing pre-exposure and post-exposure HIV prophylaxis. An Act To Amend Titles 6, 14, And 29 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The United States Space Force. [HB-310]
The United States Space Force was established on December 20, 2019 as part of the National Defense Authorization Act. The Space Force became the 6th branch of the United States Armed Forces. This Act inserts the Space Force in those sections of the Delaware Code where the other 5 branches of the armed forces are specifically enumerated This Act also makes technical corrections to conform existing law to the standards of the Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual.

An Act To Amend The Delaware Code Relating To The Creation Of A Department Of Veterans Affairs. [HB-399]
This Act creates a new state-level Department of Veterans Affairs, headed by a cabinet-level Secretary appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate. The Department will take over most of the duties currently handled by the Commission on Veterans Affairs and its staff.
