An Act To Amend Title 3 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Department Of Agriculture. [HB-405]
This Bill aligns the licensing and certification of nurseries to the calendar year and requires nurseries to maintain a current list of suppliers and provide that list to the Department of Agriculture upon request. The bill also eliminates the brief 30-day window during which an administrative hearing must be held but retains the 30-day period for issuance of the Department’s written decision. An Act To Amend Title 3 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Department Of Agriculture [HB-407]
This Bill extends requirements currently applied to Apis mellifera (honey bee), such as inspection, to all bee species transported into Delaware. Rather than issuing fines for violations, the structure is changed to penalties assessed by Administrative Hearing. This system mirrors all other Plant Industries laws.

Under Delaware law, upon the filing of a petition for divorce or annulment, an automatic preliminary injunction is issued prohibiting both parties from transferring, encumbering or disposing of any property, except in the ordinary course of business or for the necessities of life. An Act To Provide A Supplemental Appropriation For The Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2011 To The Department Of Transportation For The Purpose Of Providing Additional Funding For Municipal Street Aid. [HB-414]

An Act To Amend Title 29 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Fiscal Regulations Of The State And The Creation Of A General Fund Account For Disaster Relief. [HB-417]
This Act creates the Delaware Disaster Relief Fund based on a percentage of the General Fund Operating Budget. The Fund may be used in the case of natural or manmade disasters affecting the health and safety of the citizens of Delaware. This Fund will allow various State agencies to repair and resolve disaster problems quickly without impacting currently-funded projects. It will allow an orderly and timely response to emergency needs.
