An Act To Amend Title 24 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Nursing. [HB-155]
This bill creates the option of renewing a nursing license late, up to sixty days past the renewal period consistent with most regulated professions. Currently, nurses who attempt to renew after their renewal date must apply for reinstatement which delays the process due to the criminal background check requirement.
