This act would amend the City of Dover Charter to include a Preamble; to clarify the Powers of the City, Construction, and Intergovernmental Relations; to amend the procedure to extend boundaries by removing the requirement for a referendum; to decrease the minimum age to hold office from 21 to 18 years; to prohibit the holding of any other elected public office, or any other city office, or compensated appointive office during the term for which the member was elected to the council, or employment with the city until one year after the expiration (continued...)

This act is intended to update and clarify Delaware’s Sustainable Energy Utility law, 29 Delaware Code 8059, which is serving as a model for other jurisdictions. An Act To Amend Title 16 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Delaware Healthy Children Program. [SB-18]
This Act removes the provision that participants in the Delaware Healthy Children Program pay a premium to participate, while allowing the Department of Health and Social Services to consider instituting minimal co-payments for health services in order to recover a portion of the revenue that would be lost due to the absence of premium payments. This Bill strengthens certain Delaware criminal statutes applicable to conduct that may occur in a table gaming environment. Section 1.
