An Act To Amend The City Of Wilmington's Home Rule Charter To Relating To The Department Of Personnel, Personnel Director And Personnel Code. [HB-98]
This Bill amends the City of Wilmington’s Home Rule Charter by changing the title of the “Personnel Department” to “Human Resources Department”; changing the title of the “Personnel Director” to “Human Resources Director”; and changing references to the “Personnel Code” to the “Human Resources Code” wherever those terms are used throughout the Charter.

This concurrent resolution urges the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) to work with Delaware’s Congressional Delegation, as well as the U.S. National Parks Service and state officials in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, in facilitating the creation of a Tidal Delaware River National Recreation Area.
