PASS Act Pandemic Accommodation to Support Students Act [HB-8820]
Directs the Department of Education (ED) to extend certain temporary relief related to federal student loans. Specifically, the bill extends to September 30, 2021, the suspension of payments and interest due on Federal Direct Loans and Federal Family Education Loans that are held by ED. Further, ED must carry out a program, beginning on August 1, 2021, to provide at least six notices to borrowers that normal payment obligations will resume.

Banning Rubber Bullets Act of 2020 [HB-8823]
Prohibits the use of nonlethal rounds (e.g., rubber or plastic bullets) by federal law enforcement officers for crowd control or in response to passive resistance and provides that an individual injured by the use of these rounds may bring a civil action. It also discourages the use of nonlethal rounds by state and local law enforcement officers by requiring similar prohibitions as a condition of receiving certain federal funding for crime prevention.

Home Health Care Planning Improvement Act of 2019 [HB-2150]
Allows Medicare payment for home health services ordered by a nurse practitioner, a clinical nurse specialist, a certified nurse-midwife, or a physician assistant. Currently, coverage is provided only for services ordered by a physician.
