Black Maternal Health Momnibus Act of 2020 [HB-6142]
Directs the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and other agencies to address maternal health outcomes among minority populations. Independent Advisory Committee Review of E-Cigarette Applications Act [HB-8343]
Requires the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to refer to the Tobacco Products Scientific Advisory Committee certain applications for premarket review of a new tobacco product, such as an e-cigarette. Anti-Racism in Public Health Act of 2020 [HB-8178]

Recognizing that the climate crisis is disproportionately affecting the health, economic opportunity, and fundamental rights of children; recognizing the importance of renewed leadership by the United States in addressing the climate crisis; and recognizing the need of the United States to develop a national, comprehensive, and science-based climate recovery plan to phase out fossil fuel emissions, protect and enhance natural sequestration, and put the United States on a path towards stabilizing the climate system.
