Global Health Security Act of 2020 [HB-2166]
Directs the President to create the Global Health Security Agenda Interagency Review Council to implement the Global Health Security Agenda, an initiative launched by nearly 30 nations to address global infectious disease threats. The council's responsibilities include (1) providing policy recommendations on agenda-related goals, objectives, and implementation; (2) helping federal agencies with implementation; and (3) reviewing the progress and challenges in achieving U.S. commitments, including assistance to help other countries meet agenda targets.

SHARE Information Act Safety Hazard and Recall Efficiency Information Act [HB-5565]

Expands Department of Homeland Security (DHS) authority to provide premium processing services for certain immigration-related applications and contains other related provisions. Community Immunity During COVID–19 Act of 2020 [HB-8061]
Requires the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to award grants to governmental health departments to increase rates of recommended immunizations during the COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) public health emergency. The CDC must also develop, in consultation with specified entities, guidance for health care providers on counseling patients about COVID-19 vaccines.

Protecting Democracy by Securing the Right To Vote by Mail Act [HB-8092]
Establishes certain rules for the treatment of absentee ballots in federal elections. Specifically, the bill requires states to allow an individual to (1) submit a request for an absentee ballot through the internet or mobile application and by telephone, and (2) cast their ballot by delivering it by mail or to a polling place or drop-off location. TRUST in Congress Act Transparent Representation Upholding Service and Trust in Congress Act [HB-7200]
Requires a Member of Congress, as well as any spouse or dependent child, to place specified investments into a qualified blind trust (i.e., an arrangement in which certain financial holdings are placed in someone else's control to avoid a possible conflict of interest) until 180 days after the end of their tenure as a Member of Congress.
