Superfund Reinvestment Act [HB-1531]
Superfund Reinvestment Act This bill amends the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA) to authorize the use of amounts in the Hazardous Substance Superfund for environmental cleanup costs under CERCLA. Receipts and disbursements of the Hazardous Substance Superfund must: (1) not be counted for purposes of the President's budget, the congressional budget, the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, or the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act of 2010; (2) be exempt from general budget limitations (continued...)

Orca Responsibility and Care Advancement Act of 2017 This bill amends the Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972 to prohibit taking, importing, or exporting the killer whale (orcinus orca) species, or any product that contains that species, for public display purposes. However, the killer whale may be exported if it is being transported to a marine mammal sanctuary. The bill amends the Animal Welfare Act to prohibit any person from artificially inseminating or breeding that species in order to use their progeny for public display purposes.

Parental Bereavement Act of 2017 Sarah Grace-Farley-Kluger Act This bill amends the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 to entitle an eligible employee to up to 12 workweeks of leave during any 12-month period because of the death of a son or daughter. Such an employee may substitute any available paid leave for any leave without pay. The bill applies the same leave entitlement to federal employees.

Student Loan Refinancing Act [HB-1614]
Student Loan Refinancing Act This bill amends title IV (Student Assistance) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 to allow a borrower of a Federal Direct Loan program loan to modify the interest rate on such a loan to the current applicable rate. ICE and CBP Body Camera Accountability Act This bill directs U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to ensure that ICE and CBP agents and officers wear body cameras when engaged in official operations.
