Humanitarian Standards for Individuals in Customs and Border Protection Custody Act [HB-3239]
Imposes requirements and standards related to the care of aliens in U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) custody. CBP shall conduct an initial health screening of each alien in custody to identify those with acute conditions and high-risk vulnerabilities and to provide appropriate healthcare. CBP shall conduct the screening within 12 hours of each alien's arrival at a CBP facility, and within 6 hours for certain priority individuals such as children, pregnant women, and those with disabilities. Restore the Harmony Way Bridge Act [HB-3245]
Directs the White County Bridge Commission to convey to the New Harmony River Bridge Authority and the New Harmony and Wabash River Bridge Authority, all right, title, and interest of the commission in and to the bridge and the approaches thereto across the Wabash River at or near New Harmony, Indiana, and in land underneath or adjacent to such bridge and its approaches. The Act of April 12, 1941, (creating the commission) is repealed effective on the date that the commission completes such conveyance.

BRIDGE Act of 2019 Building Resources Into Digital Growth and Education Act of 2019 [HB-1586]
Establishes a digital network technology program to award grants, cooperative agreements, and contracts to eligible institutions.
