Safer Neighborhoods Gun Buyback Act of 2019 [HB-1279]
Authorizes the Department of Justice's Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) to make grants to states, local governments, or gun dealers to conduct gun buyback programs. The BJA may distribute smart prepaid cards for use by a state, local government, or gun dealer to compensate individuals who dispose of firearms. Additionally, the bill establishes a new criminal offense for using or accepting a smart prepaid card in the acquisition or transfer of a firearm or ammunition. A violator is subject to a fine, up to two years in prison, or both.

Removing Barriers to Colorectal Cancer Screening Act of 2020 [HB-1570]
Modifies cost-sharing requirements for colorectal cancer screening tests, and drug manufacturer reporting requirements, under Medicare medical services. Specifically, the bill waives coinsurance requirements with respect to colorectal cancer screening tests, regardless of the code billed for a resulting diagnosis or procedure. The bill phases in implementation over an eight-year period. American Family Act of 2019 [HB-1560]
Modifies the child tax credit to (1) make the credit fully refundable, (2) increase the amount of the credit and allow an additional credit for children who are under six years of age, (3) require the amount of the credit to be adjusted annually for inflation, and (4) require the Department of the Treasury to establish a program for making advance payments of the credit on a monthly basis.

Child Care for Working Families Act [HB-1364]
Provides funds and otherwise revises certain child care and early learning programs for low- to moderate-income families. Specifically, the bill provides funds for the Child Care and Development Block Grant program and reestablishes it as a child care and development assistance program. Petroleum Coke Transparency and Public Health Protection Act [HB-1675]
Requires the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to study and report on petroleum coke usage, including public-health and environmental impacts, best practices for storage and transport, and an analysis of current and projected production and utilization locations. FAMILY Act Family and Medical Insurance Leave Act [HB-1185]

Gun Trafficking Prohibition Act [HB-33]
Establishes stand-alone criminal offenses for trafficking in firearms and straw purchasing of firearms.
