Requiring the Department of Natural Resources to establish an annual deer bow hunting season for North Point State Park; and requiring the Department to adopt, on or before October 1, 2020, and on or before July 1 each year beginning in 2021, regulations specifying the length of the deer bow hunting season and the areas of North Point State Park that will be open for deer bow hunting.

Criminal Trials - Spousal Privilege - Exception [HB-64]
Providing that the spouse of a person on trial for a crime may be compelled to testify as an adverse witness if the spouse and the person on trial married after the date on which the alleged crime for which the person is on trial occurred.
House Bill 64:
This bill allows the spouse of a person on trial for a crime to be forced to testify as a witness against them if the couple got married after the date of the alleged crime. It changes the rule that usually protects spouses from having to testify against each other in criminal trials.
