SCRAP Act Sunset the CRA and Restore American Protection Act of 2017 This bill repeals the Congressional Review Act (CRA). The CRA allows Congress to vote on a joint resolution of disapproval to overturn a recently issued agency rule and prohibit the agency from reissuing a rule that is substantially the same unless specifically authorized by Congress. SEEED Commission Act of 2017 Social Enterprise Ecosystem and Economic Development Commission Act of 2017 This bill establishes the Commission on the Advancement of Social Enterprise to examine and make recommendations on ways the federal government can support and utilize social enterprises.
