Firefighter Cancer Registry Act of 2017 (Sec. 2) This bill requires the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to develop and maintain a voluntary registry of firefighters in order to collect history and occupational information that can be used to determine the incidence of cancer among firefighters. The registry must be used to improve monitoring of cancer among firefighters and to collect and publish epidemiological information. Halt Tax Increases on the Middle Class and Seniors Act This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code to roll back the increased income threshold for determining the amount of the tax deduction for medical expenses. Currently, individual taxpayers may only deduct those medical expenses that exceed 10% of their adjusted gross income. This bill reduces that percentage to 7.5%.

FAST Act of 2017 Furthering Access to Stroke Telemedicine Act of 2017 (Sec. 2) This bill specifies that, under Medicare, telehealth services include telehealth-eligible stroke services provided to an individual soon after the onset of acute-stroke symptoms. Certain originating-site requirements applicable to telehealth services under Medicare shall not apply with respect to such stroke services.

Working Families Flexibility Act of 2017 (Sec. 2) This bill amends the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to authorize employers to provide compensatory time off to private employees at a rate of not less than 1 1/2 hours for each hour of employment for which overtime compensation is required, but only if it is in accordance with an applicable collective bargaining agreement or, in the absence of such an agreement, an agreement between the employer and employee. The bill prohibits an employee from accruing more than 160 hours of compensatory time.

Pascua Yaqui Tribe Land Conveyance Act (Sec. 3) This bill declares that 39.65 acres of land are to be held in trust by the United States for the benefit of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe of Arizona, effective the day after the Tuscon Unified School District No. 1 relinquishes its interest in the land. (Sec. 4) The United States must convey to the school district 13.24 acres of federal land in exchange for payment of the fair market value of the land and the cost of conveyance. The school district may acquire the federal reversionary interest in 27.5 acres

LEADS Act of 2017 Letter of Estimated Annual Debt for Students Act of 2017 This bill amends title IV (Student Assistance) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 to require an institution of higher education that participates in federal student aid programs to provide an annual estimate of borrowing costs to each enrolled student who receives an education loan. The cost estimate must include the student's cumulative education loan balance, projected monthly payment amount, and interest rate on each loan.
