Establishing the West Virginia Healthy Food Crop Block Grant Program [HB-2050]
The purpose of this bill is to establish the West Virginia Healthy Food Crop Block Grant Program. The program will provide an incentive of up to $10,000 per year to eligible West Virginia farmers who commit to growing fruits and vegetables that serve community health initiatives. Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program Fund [HB-2049]
The purpose of this bill is to develop a Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program Fund within the Department of Agriculture. The bill also asks that the state consider adding an additional $10 to the $20 in vouchers that eligible seniors received in 2010.

Establishing the Summer Feeding for All initiative [HB-2057]
The purpose of this bill is to establish the Summer Feeding for All initiative that will encourage county school systems to look for innovative ways to provide assistance to students in need to access nutritious foods during summer break and other times when school is not in session. The bill requires each county school board to conduct an assessment of the availability of food to students to determine what food insecurities exist in the student population.
