AB-7960: Requires each state agency that pays a settlement or judgment as a result of employee misconduct to report the amount and circumstance thereof to the governor, attorney general, civil service commission and legislature and to submit a report annually listing such settlements or judgements; directs the president of the civil service commission to compile and report such information received by the civil service commission during each 6 month period of time to the governor, attorney general and legislature, and make each such report available to the public on the department of civil service internet website.
