Ordinances regulating noise shall not be more stringent than those in effect at the time the construction or operation of the sport shooting range initially was approved; defines sport shooting range as an area or structure designed for the use of rifles, shotguns, pistols, silhouettes, skeet, trap, black powder, or any other similar sport shooting. [AB-9215]
This bill would grandfather in sport shooting ranges that were in existence prior to development around the sport shooting range and prior to local noise ordinances.

This bill increases the salary of justices of the Supreme Court and sets the salaries of all other State- paid judges at a certain percentage above or below the salary of Supreme Court Justices in a uniform manner. This bill also provides a mechanism for automatic increases thereafter.
