This legislation authorizes any aggrieved person residing within a school district for which a special equalization rate for a segment has been sought to commence an article seventy-eight proceeding to review a final determination of the New York. An act to amend the penal law, in relation to expanding the definition of sex offenses and making technical corrections to such provisions [AB-3641]
To expand the crime of "sexual abuse" and the definition of "sexual contact" to include the act of causing another person to touch him or herself or to insert a foreign object into certain areas of the body. To add the emission of certain bodily substances onto the victim as part of the definition of "sexual contact." To delete the word "rectum" and add the more accurate term, "anus."

Requires each social services district to maintain a waiting list of eligible families who have applied for child care assistance; further requires the local districts to report such list to the office of children and family services who shall then compile such reports and issue one report to the legislature annually; further requires the social services districts to collect data regarding the income of families who have applied, were denied and received child care assistance and issue a report to the office of children and family services who shall then compile such reports and issue one report to the legislature annually. The purpose of this bill is to create mandatory waiting lists for subsidized child day care and establish reporting of income levels for families applying for child care subsi- dies.

Establishes any person who utilizes an automated ticket purchasing device to navigate through ticket websites and bypass security measures, who supervises the operation of an automated ticket purchasing machine or who receives monetary gains from the operation of such machine shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor; establishes any person who possesses automated ticket purchasing software shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor. [AB-3723]
The bill will prevent the use of automated ticket purchasing software that bypass security measures to purchase large quantities of tickets, thereby reducing the number of tickets available on first offering to the public.
