To provide a mechanism to allow home owners to remove current offensive, illegal and racists covenants that restrict owners from selling or conveying to any person based on one's race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, familial status marital status, disability, national origin, source of income, socio-economic status or ancestry then any title insurance company, title abstract company or escrow company.

Enacts the "jury pool fair representation act"; provides for the collection of demographic data for jurors who present for service and for the submission of such data in an annual report to the governor, speaker of the assembly, temporary president of the senate and the chief judge of the court of appeals. This bill would require the record- ing of demographic data on jury pools to determine whether jury pools in this state represent a fair cross-section of the community.

An act to amend the executive law, in relation to requiring the division of parole to establish sex offender treatment programs; to amend the penal law and the executive law, in relation to establishing mandatory treatment and supervision requirements for sex offenders [AB-2694]
This legislation requires mandatory treatment and mandatory supervision contacts for all sex offenders released from prison and subject to supervision by the Division of Parole and mandatory electronic monitoring by the Division for Level III sex offenders whose victim was under the age of sixteen. For sex offenders sentenced to probation, this bill requires mandatory sex offender treatment, mandatory supervision contacts and mandatory electronic monitoring for certain offenders.
