To amend Section 381.360 of Am. Sub. H.B. 49 of the 132nd General Assembly and Section 381.10 of Am. Sub. To amend sections 2903.11, 2929.01, 2929.13, and 2929.14 and to enact section 2941.1426 of the Revised Code to require an additional prison term of 6 years for an offender who is convicted of or pleads guilty to felonious assault if the offender is convicted of or pleads guilty to a specification that the victim suffered permanent disabling harm and that the victim was under 10 years of age at the time of the offense.
