Relating to requiring a court to verify certain conditions are met before a child who has been removed from a home may be returned to that home. [HB-2058]
The purpose of this bill is to require a court to verify that before a child who has been removed from a home may be returned to that home, that if a parent is participating in a medication-assisted treatment program he or she shall be successfully fulfilling their treatment obligations in the program.

State Settlement and Recovered Funds Accountability Act [HB-2153]
The purpose of this bill is to establish the state Settlement and Recovered Funds Accountability Act. The bill requires the deposit of settlement moneys and recovered funds to be deposited in the general revenue. The bill additionally creates an Attorney General Litigation Fund for deposit of attorney fees and costs. The bill also requires certain reporting to be provided by the Attorney General.
