The purpose of this bill is to authorize a mathematics teacher incentive, reforms the Underwood-Smith programs and increases the amount that a faculty senate of a public school may allocate to a classroom teacher or librarian for academic materials, supplies or equipment which, in the judgment of the teacher or librarian, will assist providing instruction.
