Jeff Jones Act [HB-2970]
The purpose of this bill is to permit the commissioner of Motor Vehicles to design a license plate and a driver’s license with a specific medical condition designation to notify law-enforcement the operator has a medical condition affecting speech, mobility, or other motor functions.

Local Energy Efficiency Partnership Act [HB-2973]
