The purpose of this bill is to prohibit employees of the state, who have convictions for driving under the influence, from driving or operating state-owned vehicle. The bill authorizes those employees to use personal vehicles and be reimbursed at the regular mileage rate for travel on state business.

Co-tenancy Modernization and Majority Protection Act [HB-4268]
The purpose of this bill is to provide an exception to waste and trespass for certain oil and natural gas use and development to encourage the efficient economic development of oil and natural gas resources. The bill provides that use and development of oil and gas mineral property that has been consented to by three fourths of the oil and gas owners is permissible, is not waste, and is not a trespass. The purpose of this bill is to enact the Uniform Partition of Heirs Property Act. The bill defines terms and provides for a court hearing to determine if the partition action concerns heirs’ property and the manner in which such property and interests may be sold. The bill also provides for uniformity of application and construction; and modifies, limits and supersedes the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 U.S.C.
