State Settlement and Recovered Funds Accountability Act [HB-4009]
The purpose of this bill is to establish the state Settlement and Recovered Funds Accountability Act. The bill requires the deposit of settlement moneys and recovered funds to be deposited in the general revenue. The bill additionally creates an Attorney General Litigation Fund for deposit of attorney fees and costs. The bill also requires certain reporting to be provided by the Attorney General.

Relating to entry onto private property by natural gas companies [HB-4168]
The purpose of this bill is to permit natural gas companies federally regulated by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and doing business in interstate commerce to enter private property without prior consent from the owner for the limited purposes of obtaining data to comply with regulatory requirements or to survey land for interstate pipeline or pipeline facility development. Prohibiting certain persons from operating state-owned vehicles [HB-4189]
The purpose of this bill is to prohibit persons from operating state-owned vehicles for five years, if they are convicted for an offense described in §17C-5-2 of this code or had a period of conditional probation imposed pursuant to §17C-5-2b of this code.
